I've tried every combination and permutation of operations I can muster, using both RAS and the Crystal Reports Engine.
Setting printing properties using a non-visible dialog, copying all printing properties, and hardcoding properties have failed to function as expected.
So far as I can tell, printing without a viewer and without a print dialog on a custom paper size is not possible.
