Hi
IF your requirement is in SAP HR.
1. Employee - Infotype 0 - Table PA0000
2. Reporting Manager - First fetch the Employee number (pernr) from PA0000 and fetch position from HRP1001 using B008 relation and once you have the employee position use the Function Module : RH_GET_LEADER.
3. HR Manager - First fetch the employee number(pernr) from PA0000 table and fetch position from HRP1001 table using B008 relation with that pernr and once you get the employee position,use the table HRP1001 and fetch the HR Reporting manager using the relation Z27 with the fetched position.
