So there is no filters/seelctions on comp code. So no issues.

But controlling area you need to follow point 1 as you stated. While running full repair you need to use selections controlling area(newly created one) at info pack level.

While doin inti also you need to use new controlling area and do the init. Next delta will bring new records for new controlling area as well.
