Pls clarify AJS max concurrent jobs and max child process

Hello,

I am often confused with maximum number of jobs handled by one Adapative job server  - BI 4.1 SP3 and its relation to maximum child requests.

We have set to maximum concurrents = 5 and maxium child requests = 100.

Does it mean AJS can process only 5 jobs ?

what would happen if I schedule  100 jobs ?

Please clarify.
