Issue with Open Hub connection (COMMUNICATION_FAILURE with function RSB_API_OHS_3RDPARTY_NOTIFY and target system MSSAPBI.)

Our problem is that sometimes the connection works and sometimes it has this error.

I've escalate this issue to my SAP Basis team.
